Floral Tea and Chocolate Pairing Class

$65 / PERSON

Join us for a spring-inspired tasting class in full-bloom! Together we’ll learn how to brew and taste three floral teas, sourced from our friends at The Qi, and pair them with our single-origin dark chocolates. You’ll learn about the key flavor profiles of floral tea, how to interpret aromas, textures, and flavors of both floral teas and chocolate, and walk away with an understanding of how to maximize the sensory experiences of each. We’ll serve some complimentary treats to round out the class.

WHAT OUR GUESTS HAVE SAID

"Great class experience. I went with my friend and our instructor/chef was Esteban (hope i'm spelling that correctly) and we couldn't have had a better time. The chocolate was delicious and we learned so much. Definitely would go back for one of their other classes."

"This chocolate class provided by experts in the chocolate business was excellent. To begin with, from having a great knowledgeable chef to learning about making chocolate to actually making your own chocolate was fantastic!! The best part with the knowledge acquired you will feel confident to make chocolate at home and impress your friends and family!!"

HUNDREDS OF FIVE STAR EXPERIENCES

The bean to bar chocolate making class was a blast! The instructor (Esteban) was fantastic, not only were his instructions clear and easy to follow but he was also extremely knowledgeable and shared interesting facts throughout the process. We were also very satisfied with the amount of chocolate we produced and got to take home (about 50 mini bars) as well as the tastings we got to do throughout the day :)

Raaka choco making is a fun gift or group activity! The choco was delicious and interesting experience. I was a little uneasy about the 3.5 hr bean to bar class but we were busy and it went fast, it really was a perfect amount of time. It was very interesting to learn the process from the beam to the choco making process. They let you sample different types of choco and it was all vegan, great for the non dairy diets to enjoy!
